Procurement for Communal Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance and Window Cleaning in Central and East of England (Habinteg)(Split into Lots)

The opportunity has been divided into four Lots, comprising:

- Lot 1: Milton Keynes & Dunstable Grounds Maintenance Services

- Lot 2: Communal Cleaning in Letchworth

- Lot 3: Thetford & Hoveton Grounds Maintenance and Communal Cleaning Services

- Lot 4: Essex & Ipswich Grounds Maintenance, Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services

The successful Supplier(s) will be expected to provide services to all sites within the Lot(s) awarded.

Suppliers may submit a Tender Response for any or all Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated independently, and there is no restriction on the number of Lots that may be awarded to an individual Supplier.

Habinteg welcomes bids from suppliers of all sizes, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and has structured the opportunity into Lots to encourage competition and maximise opportunities for local suppliers.
